2. Lead Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and timely lead information. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, quality, availability, or outcome of any lead. Purchasing a lead does not guarantee contact, an appointment, a sale, or any specific business result.

3. Exclusive Leads

An "Exclusive Lead" means the lead is sold only once through our marketplace.

We cannot guarantee that the homeowner or customer has not independently shared their information elsewhere, submitted the same request to other websites, contacted additional companies directly, or responded to advertisements outside of our platform.

Accordingly, an Exclusive Lead is exclusive only with respect to sales made through our marketplace, and no representation is made regarding the customer's activities outside our platform.

4. Shared Leads

A Shared Lead may be sold to multiple buyers through our marketplace as described on the lead listing.

5. Final Sales

All lead purchases are final.

Because lead information is delivered immediately upon purchase, refunds, exchanges, credits, or cancellations are not provided after delivery.

If you believe a purchase was affected by a technical error or another exceptional circumstance, you may submit a written request to our support team. We will review each request individually, but submission of a request does not guarantee a refund, credit, or other resolution.

6. No Warranty

Our services and all leads are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost profit damages arising from the use of our services or purchased leads.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific lead giving rise to the claim.

8. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for evaluating each lead before making contact and for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including consumer protection, telemarketing, privacy, and licensing requirements.

9. Prohibited Use

Users may not:

• Misuse or abuse the marketplace.
• Attempt to interfere with the operation of the platform.
• Use purchased information for unlawful purposes.
• Resell, redistribute, or publicly publish lead information obtained through the marketplace without authorization.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions become effective upon publication on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Matching Credit Bonus

If you use any matching bonus credit and your initial deposit is later charged back, disputed, or reversed, you will be fully responsible for repaying any bonus credit already used.
